INSURANCE MADE EASY
Reinvent With Emily, LLC is Out of Network with all insurance companies, but I am on a mission to make therapy easy and affordable for everyone. As a courtesy, I will file a claim with your insurance company after each session. If you have Out of Network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for all or part of therapy sessions.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE & NO SURPRISE BILLING
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, Reinvent With Emily, LLC wants to ensure that all clients are aware they can receive a “Good Faith Estimate” to help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed for receiving healthcare services performed. This applies to any clients who are out-of-network, uninsured or who is insured but does not plan to use their insurance benefits to pay for health care services. All major credit cards and Health Saving Accounts are accepted. Payments are easily made in the secure client portal.
CANCELATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
